Red Mulberry

Scientific Name:   Morus rubra


Leaves unlobed (oval), bilobed (mitten-shaped), and trilobed (three-pronged). Named for the commonest color of its fruit, the ripe fruit being nearly black. Usually dioecious (male and female flowers on separate plants), less often monoecious (male and female flowers on same plant).
